Pacchi charu recipe
Ingredients:
green chillies 4
onions 2
cumin seeds 1tsp
asafoetida 1pinch
curry leaves 10
tamarind juice 2tbsp
jaggery 5tbsp
salt to taste
Method of preparation:
finely chop green chillies.
half the onions (or finely chop them).
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and smash them little to release aroma and sufficient amount of water. serve with hot rice.
