Ingredients

Beans 1/4kg
Tomato 1
mustard seeds 1tsp
cumin seeds 1tsp
red chillies 2
ginger 1inch piece
red chilli powder 1tsp
salt to taste
oil 1tbsp

Method of preparation:

fry oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies. when they splutter
add chopped tomatoes, smashed ginger, sliced beans and cook with covered lid until they become tender.
Add redchilli powder and salt.
Serve hot with rice.
