cuisine, cooking, recipes
Ingredients:
Bread slices 4
For first filling:
Potatoes 1(if large)
Garam masala 1tsp
Corriander powder 1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 3-4
Salt to taste
For second filling:
Pudina 1/2cup
Corriander leaves 1/2cup
Green chillies 3-5
Raw mango 1/4cup (or lime juice 1tbsp)
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Boil potatoes and smash them along with first filling ingredients except green chillies. Now add green chillies and keep aside.
Make a paste with all second filling ingredients. If theres no raw mango you can substitute it with limejuice.
If the bread slice is broader then you can spread both fillings one by one.
Else spread one filling and use another bread slice to separate other filling.
Now fit them in sandwitch toaster(if u have one) or on pan with little amount of ghee. Roast them until golden brown and enjoy with tomato sauce.
