Aava sajja Rice


Ingredients:

Boiled rice 2 cups
green chillies 4
sesame seeds 1/4 cup
mustard seeds 1tbsp
red chillies 4
salt to taste

For tampering
Mustard seeds 1tsp
cumin seeds 1tsp
oil 1tbsp


Method of preparation:

Grind sesame seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, salt into paste using little amount of water.
Now add the paste to the rice and mix well.

Heat little amount of oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and when they splutter add this to the rice mixture and serve hot.
