Eggless Cake


Lets start with a delicious cake....

Ingredients:
Heavy cream 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Maida 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Milk powder 50gms
Vanilla essense 1tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Soda-bi-carb 1/2 tsp


Beat all the ingredients for 8-10min and bake in microwave for abt. 7min.

guess u can cook in pressure cooker with sand as a base. it takes an hour or so.
else u can buy one cake maker..around 2ooRs/-
